Introducing Lettercase!

I ran across this and got really excited… Lettercase is going to be the first social font manager, pretty cool idea…

Lettercase is a minimal font manager that helps you organize & find your fonts. It works is a little different than what you’re used to. One of the core beliefs behind Lettercase is that inspiration can help you find fonts for your work more than black & white text can.

The application runs in your menu bar, syncing your local font folder with your online account. And for each font, you can upload your own custom spec images – sort of a representation of how you see the font, if you had to show it to someone else.

When browsing through your fonts, you’ll be able to see images that other people have uploaded, too. So that every time you look at your collection, you’ll be seeing the same fonts you already have in entirely new ways.
